Which application type should I choose?
- Student with Guarantor – A guarantor is someone who will be financially responsible for your lease agreement. Typically, a parent or guardian. Guarantors must reside in the United States & have a valid SSN.
- Self-qualifying Student - If you have qualifying credit & income per our rental criteria, you can be approved for the lease on your own.
